To whom it may concern:
I first met Ginny MacDonald at a Tempo International conference in Chicago while we were both serving on the board. Although we were separated by many countries and moves, I learned to value her insights and contributions at meetings over the years and so turned naturally to her to help organize a subsequent conference in Geneva. From the moment she accepted I knew we would make miracles happen!
What I can say about Ginny, is that she sees past the barriers and gets things done that others may judge as impossible. Ginny has the vision to direct a project, and the technical ability to carry it through. She is creative, intuitive, and extremely sharp, while maintaining a natural ease and graciousness to all those she encounters. She would make an exceptional CEO candidate with her ability to think out of the box, rally the troops and willingness to get her hands dirty. Ginny does whatever it takes.
In her years of cross-cultural experience, I have witnessed that Ginny appreciates the need to be attentive and to anticipate cultural differences before they interfere with personal or corporate relations. She will be the first to get to the elbow of someone and walk them away from a disastrous situation. Again, Ginny does whatever it takes.
Behind Ginny’s friendliness is a mind of steel, secure in her professionalism, and well aware of both what she has to offer and what she must accomplish. I regret that I can’t employ her myself - she is, and will continue to be, a great success.

To whom it may concern:
Ginny has excellent people skills and a wonderful personality. I have personally observed that Ginny is very educated about international culture. In Saudi Arabia, Ginny fit right into the dessert environment, which is so much different from city culture. She is very successful in business and has exceptional marketing skills.

Alfred K. Plitt
Mitsubishi International (Retired), Newark, Deleware, USA
To whom it may concern:
I am retired both from a chemical company for 36 years and my consulting business where I met Ginny. I was market development manager, paper chemical division with the chemical company. The consulting was market development of chemicals.
I was responsible for hiring Ginny at Mitsubishi when I was under a consulting contract with them. The contract was terminated when Mitsubishi hired a market development manager.
I have not had professional contact with Ginny since the mid 90's. We have e mailed and had phone conversations since then. Professional contact was during the early '90's. Though our conversation's Ginny's modus operandi hasn't changed. She is aggressive when needed and direct. She has a clear vision of her objectives and develops plans for achieving them. Considering her international experience especially dealing with Japanese business culture, she is well equipped to function in such environments.
Considering her experience in Wisconsin operating her business a CEO position is not foreign to her. Ginny over the years has had a wealth of experience at several levels. This has prepared her for CEO opportunities.
Saeed Al-Ghamdi
Director, Arab Paper Manufacturing, Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia
To whom it may concern:
I Saeed A. Al-Ghamdi, a Saudian businessman, have known Ginny for a number of years and maintained correspondence with her from Saudi Arabia. As a Managing Director, I established and operated Arab Paper Manufacturing Company, the first and largest paper recycling facility in the country. While Ginny was living in Saudi Arabia, she was able to provide her technical and professional opinion in this industry and was a very resourceful person to consult with.
I can also testify that Ginny has international exposure. I have observed that Ginny is very good at dealing with people, motivating and helping them, personally witnessing her engage successfully with Arabic, Indian & Asian cultures. She is able to communicate across language and cultural barriers and has a great personality.
Ginny is able to achieve her goals and objectives, and would be an asset to executive management.
Michael Hogan
Enact Power Ltd, Calgary, Alberta, Canada
To whom it may Concern:
Ginny MacDonald and I went to the same high school and reconnected in the mid-1990s discovering that we were two Maritimers who had pursued careers in the international business arena. We have since maintained contact, and though we are not in business together have traveled in similar circles in the Calgary business community.
What I find is impressionable about Ginny is her ability to communicate with just about anyone. She is genuinly interested in learning about others, and she is very tuned-in to people's personalities and attitudes. People respond well to her approach. Ginny brings innate capabilities to the executive level of project and people management: she has the intellectual capacity to understand complex industries, an infectious enthusiasm, and an immense curiosity about the way people and systems work.
As a CEO, Ginny would be a real go-getter with the perseverance to overcome difficult situations. She is not bowled over by challenges and has demonstrated her ability to thrive through a lifetime of professional change.

To whom it may concern:
I knew Ginny MacDonald when she lived in Saudi Arabia, a few years ago.
We met at the bridge table, and she struck me as a lady who, (unfortunately for me) was good at whatever she did.
She was good at bridge, cooking, decorating, walking the sand dunes, exploring the countryside and getting along with people. If she puts her mind to anything, she does it ... and does it well.
Unfortunately, women cannot work in Saudi Arabia, but if they could, I feel sure she would soon reach the top and head whichever organisation she joined.
It's been a little while since I've last seen her, but I really and truly wish her well.
She's a good person and deserves the best.
