In the early days, from research bench to industrial chemical technical sales, from fisheries to forestry to human physiology and water treatment (i.e. pulp and paper operations from influent, boiler, process and effluent chemistries).
Challenges:

Adjustment from university to working a new position in a new Province.

Career change from localized research for government and academia to industrial chemical supply business through technical sales and service.

Change management through rebuilding sales territory, repairing company image and business development providing increased revenue.
Resolution:

Success achieved by allowing the sense of adventure, challenge and strong desire to succeed to overcome obstacles.
- Increase operations knowledge, risk management, problem solving skills and solidifying reliance of clients friends as the go-to person for solutions, ideas and networks.
- Built up sales territory through the principles of honesty, trust and reliability.
